Quiz with “cloze” type questions not working

Hello,
I’m having an issue with the plugin. It works fine when I use other types of questions, but when I have a quiz that has cloze-type questions, the quiz stops working. It doesn’t even work on preview. Additionally, when I check the quiz, the rest of the content in the page dissapears and the admin bar is not loaded.

I tried changing the theme and disabling my plugins one by one, but had no luck.

Any help will be appreciated.
