QuizCat not working on Twitter

    Hi all,

    I recently uploaded a quiz on my website using the QuizCat plug-in. I can share the article on Facebook without any issues, although when I share the same article on twitter, people are unable to access it on a mobile device.

    Do we know the reason for this and is there any way this can be rectified, as most of my followers use mobile devices on Twitter!

    Thanks for reaching out.

    It looks like users are probably trying to take the quiz within the Instagram browser, which does not support everything needed for the quizzes to run.

    This is a limitation of the browser that they include in their app. There’s nothing we can do to resolve that on our end.

    It is possible to create a link the will open with a specific program. You may want to add one to the quiz page that says something to the effect of “Issues? Our quiz works best on certain browsers, click here to take the quiz on your devices browser.”

    Definitely look into that as a possible workaround. Hope that helps.
