Quizz Error When no Enroll/User log in option disabled

Hi Guys.
The problem still exists. I’ve managed to make it work properly at my localhost.
I’m not sure what I have different so may be you can help me seeing a screenshots from MyPHPAdmin panel.
Any help here will be appreciated.

I faced the bug now. Sometime it happened, sometime it not.

Can you try to deactivate the current theme and check again first?

The error still appears with the default theme.
I’ve made a copy of the website here:
https://romp.000webhostapp.com/course/learning-section-one/

Having the quiz in incognito mode always shows the error.

Btw there is no error having the website hosted on my computer locally.
