Quizzes not working

I have installed LP version 3.2.8.7 on a self hosted WP version 5.6.1
When I try to view/take the quizzes in the sample course the quiz is not shown and the sample course curriculum is shown again.
Clicking on the permalink https://xxxxxxxx/index.php/courses/sample-course/quizzes/quiz-1/ doesn’t work either.
Any suggestions please?

Thanks for the response. I think my settings are currently the default https://i.imgur.com/ggd488d.png
If I edit the quiz page link to https://209.97.128.171/index.php/quizzes/quiz-1/ that loads correctly (ie remove courses/sample-courses/ phrase.
So, do I change the quizzes setting or a different one, and to what?
