Have noticed that when the “Quota Exceeded” shows at the top various parts of the website no longer work properly. Here are a couple:
    1) When you go to Appearance>>Themes you can no longer chose any other themes to open. For example, if you want to delete an old them you are unable to open that them and hit delete.
    2) When you go to plugins and then click on the “view details” of any plugin instead of showing plugin in the popup, it takes over the whole page.
If I deactivate this plug in both of the areas work fine.

    Hi @calebweb!

We haven’t received any similar report for now. There’s a chance another plugin is conflicting with ShortPixel. Can you please do this quick test for me?

    1. Deactivate all plugins except ShortPixel
    2. See if the issue still happens
    3. If not, please activate all plugins one by one
    4. After each single plugin activation, try to reproduce the issue until you can identify what plugin is the cause of this

If you still think ShortPixel is the cause, we will appreciate if you can send us an email via this contact form so we can further look into the issue. Make sure to mention this conversation too ??

    Thanks!

FYI, it looks like the 4.16.2 update may have fixed this (now only shows the notices on the same admin screens that all of the JS & other resources are also loaded [seems the Quota Exceeded notice is no longer at noticeable since it’s not shown on as many pages of the site admin, but at least it doesn’t result in a JS error anymore.])

It’d be worthwhile to update and check to be sure for yourself.
