Quotation marks converted to question marks after hosting change

    My blog hosting company moved my blog and immediately after, all first quotation marks converted to regular quote charactares and all second quotation marks converted to question marks in the second instance like:

    “quotation?

    I have encoding set to UTF-8 wherever I can. Any ideas? Blog is at https://www.hydeparkassociates.com/blog
