quote block looks different in the frontend than in the backend

Hello Support Team,

I’m having a small issue since the beginning working with Neve.

When I’m working on a page or post with the Gutenberg Editor and use the standard block for quotes the version that is seen on the frontend looks totally different from the one seen in the backend.

So what I see in the backend is the text of the quote and on the left too it there is a line that takes up all the height of the quote. In the frontend this line does not exist, instead the block shows a small line at top and another line at the bottom of the block.

Is this a theme issue?
