• So, i can’t seem to get the plugin to do what i need — basically i have a variable product with 3-10 variation, some variations, have prices, other are a request for quote. how do i set up the product so that it shows add to cart button for variations with prices, and the quote button for ones with no price?

Sorry, That is not possible with this plugin at this time. WooCommerce considers all variations as part of the same product and the plugin works at the level of the product at this time. But this is something we can look at in the future.

I don’t know if that is possible for your setup, but you could separate the variations without prices into a different product ( 2 product, one purchasable and one for quote).

    Ok, thanks for the info

btw this plugin does what i wanted (98% anyway) – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-call-for-price/

Im sure this same logic could be used in your plugin
