Quote details are not being displayed

I am having a problem that Quotes detail is not being shown on (https://localhost:8888/my-account/view-quote/850) page, here is the snapshot of it,

and also in wordpress admin, woocommerce->order , in purchased column its showing ‘o items’ and when i click on order# it doesnt show any Quote details(order) placed by customer, However those Quote detail of product i can get by email.
