    Hi @shinmadoo,

As I understand you have enabled the plugin to allow for quotes for all the products on your site.

Can you please let me know if this is an issue present on the Shop page or the single product page?

I will try to replicate this issue with the Woodmart theme at my end and share the results.

    Thanks,
    Pinal

    Hi @pinalshah,

This issue is on the single product page and the shop page.

    Hi @shinmadoo,

I apologize for not getting back to you earlier. I have been able to replicate the issue at my end.

It seems the plugin code is overwritten for some variable products (not all) and it works fine for simple products.

I’ll look into this further over the weekend and share my findings with you.

Once again, please accept my apologies for being unable to look into this earlier.

    Thanks,
    Pinal

    Hi Pinal,

No problem. I was still waiting.

So the problem is only with variable products, that’s strange.

I will wait on your findings. Hope you can solve it for me.

    Thank you

    Hi @shinmadoo,

It seems an easy way to fix this is to simply disable and enable Quotes for all the products from the global settings.

    1. Please go to WP Dashboard > Quotes > Settings.
    2. Uncheck the checkbox ‘Enable Quotes’. Click Save.
    3. So now all the products in the Shop will be normal WC products.
    4. Go back to settings and check the checkbox ‘Enable Quotes’ and save the same.
    5. Go to the Shop page and check, all the products will be Quote products.

There’s still one issue where users can see the button as ‘Add to Cart’ in the window which loads for variable products on clicking the Request Quote button in the Shop page. I’m looking into that.

However the above will fix the issue with all the single product pages.

Please let me know how it goes.

    Thanks,
    Pinal

    Hi @shinmadoo,

I’ve created a patch to ensure the plugin works smoothly with Woodmart theme. Please download the latest copy of the plugin containing the fix from the GitHub repository link below:

    https://github.com/pinalj/quotes-for-woocommerce/

Kindly login to your site via FTP and replace the existing plugin folder in /plugins/quotes-for-woocommerce with the extracted file from the link above.

Also, kindly follow the steps mentioned in the last reply and let me know the results.

    Thanks,
    Pinal

    Pinal,

Thank you is working. I have another question. Do you know where we can translate the plugin?

We are using loco translate and polylang pro. Is the plugin compatible with this?

    Hi @shinmadoo,

Language files are present plugins/quotes-for-woocommerce/languages/ folder.

You can use the .pot file to generate translations for your language and upload them as needed.

    I hope this helps.

    Pinal
