Quote Email not sending Attatchments

    Hello everyone, I hope you’re doing great.

    I’ve been trying to send my quotes over emails but the emails sent are not including the quote’s attachments.

    This is a critical issue for me, since I need to attach an external PDF to each customer I quote.

    I tried to find a mapped placeholder to put on the email template, but I couldn’t find one related to the quote’s attachments.

    Is there any way to fix this? I have the Entrepreneur bundle license, thus all modules available.

    Hi @carlosexosfera,

    Once you attach the files to the Quotes, would you make sure to Save the Quotes first and refresh the Quote editor?

    Then, when you click on “Send Quote” under the “Email to Contact” section at the bottom of the Quote editor, you should see “Attach Associated files” setting like below.

    If you’ve ticked the setting for “Attach associated files” and you’re still not able to receive attached Files, would you share with us how you’ve set up mail delivery method? Are you using a Gmail with OAuth, or default WP mail, for example?
