“Quote” in title prevents post tracking

I’ve got a wordpress post with a quote in the title (“this is the news”) and its not being tracked by Matomo.
As soon as I remove the quote-sign (this is the news), its is being tracked.
Replacing the double quotes by ‘single quotes’, by a ?guillemets?, or by &html; encoded quotes also seems to prevent tracking.
I checked the browser debugger to see if theres any errorswarnings / changes between the pages with or without quotes, but i don’t see anything out of the ordinary.

Ah hold on, I think its actually something with our hoster,
https://www.domain.com/?x="B"| S Lalso gave the not found error – I’ve asked them to follow up.
