Quote/Invoice Number Prefix

    Hello,

    I have the (Quote Number Prefix) as (QUOTE-AA24) but when I converted to the invoice, it showing different number, is there any way to change word “QUOTE” in the invoice to “INV” and the rest of the numbers stay same.

    Also, once the quote is converted to an invoice, it gets deleted from the quote list. Is it possible to keep the quote and just make a copy for the invoice. The reason for that because sometimes customer request a quote and then they change their mind and they want a different quote or they wanna delete something or add something so it’s always good to keep those versions of quote and then at the end the invoice gets copied from the last version of the quote
