Quote page customization question

1. I would like to make the images for the quote page smaller. They are really big now as you can see in the image.
2. i would like to move the “return to shop” button to the bottom, I do not want it at the top
3. I would like the option of making all the buttons on the page “clear list, return to shop” etc into links and not buttons.
4. How can I make the product quantity visible? I have it checked on in the admin panel but the numbers aren’t showing up. Like I can toggle the quantity up and down but you can’t see the quantity change so it’s confusing for my clients.
