Quote Request only for wholesale

Hi

I have bought the premium plugin and I need help to set up the following:

I need to have both regular and wholesale products;
I need the regular customer to be able to buy products normally AND wholesale customer to be able to see the wholesale prace and request a quote, without being able to buy the product.

If anyone can help me I will be very thankful as I cannot seem to find the correct configuration of the plugin to set this up.
