Quote Upgrade: Option to remove total?

Hi, before I commit to this further I’m trying to find if it will suit our current workflow.

As the quote option is an additional element I can’t test it, but I need to be able to turn off the total & sub totals as these aren’t applicable, and have the quote as an ‘option’ list the recipient can select from. There maybe a range of packages offered, they need to select the ones they want. Which would then get turned into an invoice.

Is this possible
