Quotes displaying as %u201C and %u201D

    Quotation marks are getting mangled in the comments only on the blog, but not every single time. They are displayed as %u201C for the opening and %u201D for the closing. Is there any way to prevent this from happening?

    I figured out that the code is for the unicode curly quotes. It is really annoying to see that stuff in my comments, how can I get rid of it?

    I got it taken care of.

    Why not share your solution, so the next poor guy that searches and finds a “resolved” topic will find something more than got it taken care of.
