Quotes get added/Rich Interface disappeared on post.php

I’ve got a couple of problems which are probably related but I can’t figure out how. The first problem is that when I post something that has a single quote in it, another single quote gets added. Each time I save the post, another quote gets added. You can see the results here: https://www.brettbim.com/blog. I’ve looked at my Theme pages but just don’t see anything there.

Second, the rich interface is gone from my post.php page. I have the right checkbox checked and I have Javascript enabled in Firefox so I’m not sure what’s up.

Anyone ever seen either of these problems?
