Quotes in product titles not handled correctly

    Hi there,

    I’m experiencing an issue with single and double quotes in product titles.

    Sometimes these appear to be sent to Google Analytics as straight quotes, while at other times they are sent as literal character references (8220, 8221, 8216, and 8217). This results in two different “products” appearing in the Google Analytics Product Performance report, making it impossible to track performance for these products correctly.

    Here is an example screenshot of the Product Performance report. Notice that the product ‘Chateau La Reyne “Le Tradition” 2015’ appears twice, as two different “products”.

    FYI the product title in the WordPress “Edit product” page uses straight quotes.

    WordPress 4.9.4, WooCommerce 3.2.6, plugin version 1.2.2.
