    I send quotes through email and when users try to accept, they recieve a message that states “quote can not be accepted at this time.” in a blue banner text field. How can i change this message

    In the back end, the quote was successfully accepted and emailed out accordingly. The client portal being turned on / off has no change. Inside the client portal it shows the customer the proposal was accepted. The only thing wrong is that message they are shown.

    Could you please try checking the “Allow Easy-Access links” box from Jetpack CRM > CRM Settings > Client Portal?

    ..and see if this works well for your customers and the message shown is now correct.

    hey thanks for your quick response.

    -easy access links is turned on

    -business recieves an email stating quote was accepted and Customer is able to see accepted quote in their client portal.

    permalinks were updated to %postname and I’m using two different email/user and devices to check customer functionality.

    Can you take a screenshot or a screencast of this?
    We have already filed a report and our developers are investigating, so this would be helpful ??

    You can create screenshots using something like Snipboard or Imgur and post the link here.

    Also, I don’t think that’s relevant, but to stay on the safe side, can you try clearing your site and browser cache, in case it makes a difference?
