    Hi All

I’m looking to have a solution where a customer can send a request for a quote based on being able to specify the items/products they require via drop down/icon driven forms.

This quote is then forwarded onto various vendors who can contact the customer via the site with their offer.

None the vendors will be able to see what is being offered by each other, but the customer can compare them and contact the vendor directly once they decide which quote they are happy with, which will then flag as quote accepted on the site

Can I do this in Woocommerce…??

Sorry if I sound a bit green but new and giving it a go

    Thanks

The flow you describe, WC won’t do. You can however use the regular WC product system and let users submit an ‘order’ via a gateway which requires no payment, such as BACS.

You can sort out something like that using WooCommerce, Gravity Forms, and an integration like this one:

Ask that company for some help (i.e. nothing to do with me). WooCommerce effectively becomes a catalogue shop, Gravity Forms an enquiry service for its products.

    cheers,
