    @lindenism
    The issue is caused from Guzzle library, please try the following:

    1. Go to “wp-content/plugins/backwpup/vendor/guzzle/guzzle/src/Guzzle/Http/Resources”
    2. remove “cacert.pem” file.
    3. Upload the new one download in here https://curl.haxx.se/ca/cacert.pem to this directory

    Thank you!

    Thank you. Will this be updated in the next update? Otherwise this fix obviously won’t work as this file will be overwritten.

    I have reported this issue sometime ago. Please do the update.

    So to clarify you plugin is not compatible with rackspace anymore. You should advertise this. Thank you for your quick response but users should know that your plugin no longer works with rackspace and your solution will last only as long as your next update.

    @lindenism @webcitymedia the issue because of the old cacert.pem certificate file in Guzzle library. So actually, for now, we can only provide the workaround solution for that ??

    Please open an issue in Guzzle repository in here:

    Thank you all!
