Rackspace Sites, delay/lag with WordPress

  • Hello! I’ve adjusted the caching but it still seems like there are random 2-3 second delays in loading our page.
    We use Rackspace Cloud Sites and follow their blogs as far as cache settings go.
    We were using W3 but switched back to WP Super Cache per their advice.

    Does anyone else have any delay issues with this host or am I just seeing things or expecting too much? When I use site load testers sometimes it works quickly but it still ends up with 2-3 second WAIT times on sections, that seems a bit much!
