Radiate Theme: H1 and Title Tag

I am creating a website right now (not live). I have an ‘about us’ page for our business, since that is what shows up in the nav bar as the tab it uses as the title tag. How can I create a title tag that is NOT “about us” but still shows “about us” in the nav bar. I am trying to optimize my page and it is very difficult.
