For your information puting the behaviour in “Page reload” instead of Ajax made my Google Sheet integration not working well… see https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/google-sheet-integration-works-only-at-the-beginning/

For now I still have the issue of the fact that the first label/radio “appear AGAIN quickly after submitting the form before the redirection to a page i’ve created” see the video I’ve sent by email

If the issue still persists, could you please export the form and share it using a free third-party storage service like Google Drive or Dropbox?
