Radio and Checkbox Buttons not working

    I have used this plugin on multiple sites. However, I have recently found that the radio and checkbox buttons are no longer working – I am unable to check any of the radios/boxes. Please advise. Thank you.

  • Hi verbatimdesign, I would suggest switching to a default WordPress theme to see if there is a possible conflict. Also, could you provide a link to where the URL is?
