Radio button isn’t working anymore

    Dear, we are using Forminator

    Yesterday, while i was testing some form, I found that the radio button isn’t working anymore

    I cannot select any option from the radio options

    I disabled all the plugins and everything, only the forminator plugin was activated on the website, and it still not working.

    Kindly let me know how this can be fixed?

    I hope you’re well today!

    Most common reasons for such issues are

    – a plugin conflict (though I understand you have already ruled it out)
    – a conflict with some JS/CSS coming from currently active theme (so if you haven’t test it yet – please temporarily switch to different theme to see if the same issue happens)
    – a caching issues – if you are using some caching, try clearing cache and see if it changes anything
    – asset (JS/CSS) optimization issue – if you do use anything like that, try temporarily disabling it.

    Those, however, are just some common reasons and I can’t say for sure if it’s any of them or something else. Please check them and then:

    – let us know if any of them makes a difference
    – but also could you, please, share a link to the page with form in question so we could take a closer look and check it?
