Radio button not in email

I’m having trouble with radio buttons in my form.
In the form I have:
[radio radio-652 use_label_element default:1 “option1” “option2” “option3”]In the mail I have:
[radio radio-652]The sent email shows only text [radio radio-652] and not the selected option.
Is the mail tag incorrect?
