radio/button selection not working in new installation

    I have created a Ngo website with this plugin and everything working fine. but a few months ago I tried to create another non-profit website with this plugin. I face some issues like radio/button selection or amount suggestions not showing. I thought it was maybe any bug and it would be fixed in the next update. but after the recent update facing this problem right now. but on my first website no problem working everything as well . please guide me on how to solve this problem. thank you.

    the issue is probably caused by your theme or another plugin. Do you have a screenshot or a link to the public page to help me investigate?

    please remove this user from your website or change the password immediately, this is a public forum ??
    It seems like your minimum & maximum donation amount is set to 3. The donation form will not show any values outside of that range, so please increase the maximum donation amount.
