radio button,check box button and submit button not working

    hi,

    I filled my form link in field of Form URL, and paste wpgform shortcode in page,
    the page just “textbox” works only.

    radio button,check box button and submit button are not working.

    does someone know what is going on?

    Have you downgraded your Google Form?

    Is there a message at the top of the page where you defined the form noting that your form needs to be downgraded?

    My WordPress Version is 4.7.4 and Google Form plugin is the lastest version.

    That is a good start but that isn’t the question I asked.

    The form itself, the one you define using Google Forms in Google Drive needs to be downgraded from the current version of Forms to the older version of Forms. There is a process of doing this outlined on my web site but it is also linked within the plugin itself.

    When defining a form within WordPress, the plugin, in most cases, can detect when a form needs to be downgraded and puts a notice on the Dashboard page like seen in this post on my web site.
