radio buttons choice is not included in email body

Hello.
I’ve got email from contact form.
But there’s no radio button choice was included.
Any idea how to have it mail body??Option 1
[radio radio-1 “choice1”]
[radio radio-1 “choice2”]Option 2
[radio radio-2 “choice1”]
[radio radio-2 “choice2”]and i have included in message body tags
[radio-1]
[radio-2]Still no showing me what was choosen.
Please reply with solution.
