    I checked the website and it’s source code, and it appears that you are using the paid version of the WPForms. When you have a chance, could you please drop us a line through our contact page?

    Sorry, it’s a client’s website I’m redesigning and the previous developer never activated the license. I thought it was free but there were some things that seemed paid. I’ll see if my client has the username and password.
