Radio buttons not lining up horizontally

Take a look at the page. Both the radio buttons and the checkbox are displaying stacked – the radio button/checkbox appears ABOVE the option. No, that’s not what I want. It’s not even supposed to do that; they’re supposed to align horizontally, by default. So, why is mine wonky? No, there isn’t any weird CSS going on. Other ideas? Is this another bug of the latest 5.1.1 CF7?
