Radio buttons with ‘Other’ text field option

    I’ve recently purchased Form Maker and have what I hope is a basic question.

    For a number of questions on the form I’m creating, looking to include a selection of possibilities, along with a general ‘Other’ option. ‘Other’ should give folks the opportunity to type in a response.

    Unfortunately, I don’t see a way to combine radio buttons with a text field option.

    … Hopefully this is possible? . . . .

    This is surely possible to achieve. Could you please have a look at this screen capture we created? You need to open Advanced Options section and activate Allow Other setting.

    I had indeed happened across the ‘Allow Other’ setting, but it looked as if this option simply added another radio button. Didn’t realize until I clicked on it that it was actually associated with a text box dropdown. Perfect! Just what I was looking for.

    … I’m now a happy Web designer. . . .
