Radio field doesn’t work with conditions

if the title of the radio not in English.
It is the same with select options. Only checkbox work properly.
It has no connection with wpml because I try it with one language site.
For example?
radio title:something in english
options radio: something in hebrew.
condition in other field:
show if (something in english) is (something in hebrew)
^^^ its work! but —
radio title:something in hebrew
options radio: something in hebrew.
condition in other field:
show if (something in hebrew) is (something in hebrew)
^^ The field not showing.
