    I am facing the same issue with radio buttons, and multiple selections.
    The click doesn’t work and image doesn’t get selected. I am facing this is
    sue on chrome on this link:

    If you start filling a dummy prescription you would notice you cannot click on any of the radio buttons

    This issue has started since I last upgraded the plugin about 1 week ago

    This is the development site and there is no working ( public ) url for it. I have included the screenshot for you in the previous email. Can you make any suggestions based on those ?

    I am afraid it will be hard to diagnose the issue without replicating the same at our end. I checked this on a test website but couldn’t reproduce the issue.

    Can you please export the form and share it with us using DropBox or Google Drive to check this further?

    It looks like your issue is entirely different. The original issue mentioned in this thread is regarding the images on the radio button. Wouldn’t you mind please opening a new ticket for your own so that we can help you further?

    We can see only errors in the browser console, which does not tell us too much, apart from blocked and missing resources on site.

    Could you follow the above Nebu guide and export your form and share it on google drive or dropbox so that we could test this on ou lab site? It really looks like something is wrong with the site than the form it itself but we need to confirm that.
