Radio input : With custom text input from customer

Hi guys,

Thanks for all the great support so far.
I’ve got one more question and I think i’m done with my products.

Is it possible to make a radio option like this: https://prnt.sc/qf34bv ?
in which the left option shows the input width + 0.4cm

Allready made a {{{data.uni_nov_cpo_width}}} which shows it in dynamic notice.
But it would be nice if it was possible with radio options like in the picture.

If the left option is picked it’s standard and right option is custom input.
