Radius Search not working

    I am trying to use radius search but it’s not working. Is there any specific way to use radius search in search form?

    gocuris.com here is the website where i am trying to add radius search. There is a search form in the homepage. There is a radius search filter in more filter section. Can you please explain how to setup this radius search feature?
