raindrops menu does not work for mobile

When I check the responsive or mobile view of raindrops the menu is not working. I am using the primary navigation menu but when you look at it on a mobile size it has a + and – on either side of the word “menu”. Clicking on any of plus, minus or menu has no effect. The menu does not work at all.
