I have been trying for three days now to get help from the RAINDROPS THEME forum. Each time I think I have the right forum I end up here and get told by some one: You could try asking for assistance in the theme’s dedicated forum: https://www.ads-software.com/support/theme/raindrops And every time I use that, I end up here also. I keep having to re-customize my sites just to end up having to do it again in another hour as they just revert back on there own.

It’s not clear, but after clicking on that link you need to scroll all the way down until you find a form to create a thread. Creating a thread there will put the thread in the theme’s correct support section.

Thanks for replying, but every time I do that, and I’ve tried several times now, I get a message from someone or another saying this: “You could try asking for assistance in the theme’s dedicated forum”

    Hi @adairk,

I asked acolleague to follow that link and create a new thread from that page, and I couldn’t replicate the issue. I then noticed you had created a thread in the correct place a few minutes ago.

I’m not sure what happened, but the form at the bottom of the page on this link appears to be working now: https://www.ads-software.com/support/theme/raindrops

    Hi,
Yes I think I was finally able to find the proper place to post that post. Don’t know if I’d be able to find it again but I thank you both for trying to help. MUCH APPRECIATED!

It says https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/raindrops-theme-forum/ on the browser so I hope I’m in the right place.

Three hours ago I again fixed 4 of the 5 sites and left 1 unfixed and checked them every once in a while since. Three hours later no, 2 of those 4 sites that I fixed three hours ago reverted back to being problematic again.

Doesn’t look like anyone but the nice people who helped me post my problem in the right place is going to be able to help me with the problem?

It sounds like you’re not getting notified on when your thread has been responded to, because the theme author has replied to you: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/have-to-keep-customizing/

To subscribe to a thread, press the link in the sidebar labelled as “Subscribe”. This should send you notifications, though there was a forum issue with this before and I’m not sure if it’s been fixed.

I’ve just checked and the “Subscribe” link doesn’t work yet on the forums, so that’s probably why you’re not getting notified.

    Hi,
I got a reply from nobita somehow so we’ll see what happens from here.
    Thank you for the help!
