Random 404 not found

    I am getting some strange behavior with this plugin. Some users when posting content, are getting 404 not found error, another ones not.
    The change i made was to hide the admin url, so i suspect that this problem is related to this function.
    How can i fix or debug this problem?

    Not sure to be honest… Is your comments system using ajax to post comments?

    Not even using comments
    Currently using nginx with w3 total cache
    The problem happens on wp-admin/post.php file, because i changed the wp-admin to another name for security reasons, so i think that the problem is there

    If they’re getting 404,it suggests that they’re being logged out and so the normal 404 is appearing in the admin for them. Check the audit trail and see if there are messages in there pertaining to log outs or user sessions ending
