    Sorry for the delayed response, I was out of town for work all week and am way behind on forum topics.

    What you are seeing is likely due to Google thinking your web server is in some part of the world where Arabic is the local language. This happens pretty frequently but the buttons are most frequently in Chinese.

    Try adding the text ?hl=en to the end of your Form URL in the form definition within WordPress. There are a few posts (like this one) and a number of threads (like this one – see the last two posts in the thread) which cover this topic.
