We are using v2.1.1 and seeing some major issues with syncing.

Some WordPress users who were syncing and had an associated Salesforce ID all of the sudden do not. When viewing their Wp User record, some of the sync’d information is on the record but the Salesforce ID is gone / removed. I have to reenter the Salesforce ID for that user to reestablish the link.

I am noticing that I can pull data from Salesforce on a record but when I update WordPress and push the data it’s not getting into Salesforce.

Lots and lots of tmp_sf_ records getting created and for unknown reasons. The record exists in Salesforce with the Email; there are no duplicates; etc.

We are going to revert back to v2.0.3 for now but are hopeful these issues will be identified and resolved.

(I wish I were a programmer and could contribute more.)

To give an update on this, I’ve released a version 2.1.2 that I believe fixes many, and possibly all, of the reported issues with 2.1.1. I’m not going to close this (or the others) yet, to give folks some time to verify whether the issues are still happening.

I’m going to go ahead and close these 2.1.1-specific issues with the assumption that 2.1.2 is working well for folks.
