you can enable debug level of logging on About tab though with disconnections every couple weeks it’d collect a lot of unrelated information. Do it if the disk space allows.
Technically, we stop trying to reconnect only if organization is in “unrecoverable” disconnected state, e.g. specific user account is disabled or does not have access to the organization or if organization is in admin mode. While we’ve been trying to encounter for all transient errors, there could be a scenario that we missed. Having an exact error detail would definitely help.
