Random FAQs in Sidebar – See entire answer page is blank

  • Hi there,

    I’ve successfully installed FAQ Manager and everything is running well, apart from the random FAQs Widget in the sidebar. The Questions are being showed as expected, but when I click to see the entire answer I get a blank page although my path is correct.

    Did I forget to setup something?

    Make sure you have the FAQs set to “public” first. If that doesn’t work, post the URL of your site so I can take a look.

    I had set them to “public” before, so I guess that’s not the issue. Unfortunately the site is still under development and not accessible to the public.

    What else could the problem be? By the way, great plugin, I love it!

    I’ve tried to reproduce the issue, but I can’t. Other than potentially re-saving your permalinks, I can’t determine the issue without seeing the site itself.
