Random "Forbidden – Site Inaccessible" Error

I’m running the latest version of w3 Total Cache on WP 3.5.2 with Thesis 2.1 and a custom skin.
Installed and set up w3tc, everything seemed to be running just fine for a couple of days and then suddenly I get a blank page (background-image loads just fine but no content) with “Forbidden Site Inaccessible”. No error page code, just those words.
I’m able to access the login just fine and my admin dashboard. Clearing the page cache seems to remove this problem for a couple of hours only for it to return. My blog views have obviously dropped from a few thousand visitors a day to maybe a dozen. Of course if all they are getting is this error on the front-end I can see why.
No plugins were added, changed or updated since w3tc was first installed and running correctly.
