I had a client getting the red box “there was an error trying to send your message. please try again later” error today. I’ve run into this issue in the past…but I thought I had it fixed. All of the forms on the site submit directly to my email address with the same @therouteexchange.com domain name. The same email address is in the To: and From: fields for the form. I do have Flamingo installed and the information did transmit into that plug-in…in the past it just never came through at all and people couldn’t submit the form. I know this is an email issue but I’m really not sure what I’m supposed to do to fix it. Mail is sent through smtp.gmail.com, port 587 using TLS.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thanks. I adjusted the “To:” address to a gmail account and left the “From:” as an email address from the same domain. I can’t find any other major issues.
