Random hexadecimal in received email

This could be a form spam, many people use some form of Captcha to limit this & there are a host plugins available to do this – see https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/search.php?q=captcha

A more modern approach is to use a Honeypot method which tends to very effective against Bots. Again there are a host plugins available to do this – see https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/search.php?q=honeypot

No, it’s not spam, and Captcha won’t solve it. It’s Quoted Printable encoding. =0A is a line feed and =09 is a tab.

Seems to me @boggie like you’ve put binary data in your CF7 body. Try deleting it all and starting again. Type it by hand, don’t copy and paste.

It was actually the mail protocol that was the issue. When sending from WordPress is caused the issues. When I hanged it to send via php the issue resolved.

Which plugin are you using to do that, @boggie, and were you using that plugin before you posted this issue?
