Random images and new page question…

Hello,
I′m using the Tiny Theme with WordPress 2.0.
2 things I want to know.
Is there a possibility for a random image to be shown?
I′ve tried the random banner plug-in and also the random-file plug-in, but now picture is shown…
The other thing is, how to make a new page an link it?
I want a page called “links” where the wp_link_list is shown.
Ive made the page and called it links.php.
But how can I link to that page? (Page not writen with the admin panel…cause it includes some php-code…)
I hope you know what my problems are.
