Random items

    Hello.

    I’m trying to figure out how to add random items to an invoice that aren’t necessarily in the items list. I offer services that some are always the same and some are different each time.

    For example, I have an invoice for an item which price is 100. Is the only time I use this item. Do I have to add it to the item list or can I add it in tje invoice and that’s it?

  • Hello @ignacioj,

    In that case, you can just add the item directly from the Invoice page. Please go to Sales > Invoices > Item and there you can click the Add New button to add that item instantly.

    Thanks a lot for your answer.

    I understand your suggestion. But then, the item would be added to the items list and with a fixed price.

    How about a blank space where I can write anything I want and complete everything else as I wish?
